Shipping & Return Policy

Greater Toronto Area

Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Local Pickup:
  • Curbside pickup is available in Markham located at intersection McCowan Rd & 16th Ave.
  • Email will be sent when order is ready to pick up.
  • Pick up available next business day.
  • Same day pick up is available if ordered before 4pm for certain items. Please contact via email (support@oliveandhare.com) with your order # ready to check if needed for an urgent, same day pickup. 
Shipping Delivery:
  • Standard Ground (3 – 7 business days), shipped in Stamped Bubble Mailer
  • Expedited (between 1 - 3 business days), shipped in Parcel
  • Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method.
  • Some items cannot be shipped using Expedited due to size, weight, delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available.
  • Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
  • We work with our customers to provide contactless delivery
How do I check the status of my order?
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@oliveandhare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return and Exchange:

  • All sale items are finalized, only exchange if the product is damaged.
  • Balloon kits, party pockets and party packs are all final sale.
  • Returns and exchange are available within 30 days of purchase. With their original packaging intact.
  • Please email support@oliveandhare.com with the title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” to initiate your refund or exchange.
  • Return or exchange can go towards a different product or a refund.
  • We will return in the form of EMT transfer.
  • If the items we sent are damaged, we will send another free of charge.
  • Items sold by Oliveandhare Partners are subject to their own exchange and return policy listed on the product page.
  • Certain items are subject to their own return and exchange policies, which will be stated in their item description.
